Tibeido Banban 
 

Tibeido lives in Ghana, Africa.  He was born March 10 1997.  He is currently in grade 2 of his Primary School.  He is a regular attender of the school and his teacher comments that he is very punctual. 

His favorite subjects are reading and Drawing.  He also enjoys football, reading, and singing with his friends.

Tibeido is strong and healthy and has been able to get regular immunizations.  At home he helps sweep up and run errands for his parents.

Cun Yan Ma 
 

Cun Yan lives in Guyuan County, China.  She was born on July 8 1994.  She is currently in grade 5 of her Primary school.  her school is 1km from her home and she gets there and back on foot.  Her favorite subject is Language and one day she hopes to be a teacher.  Cun Yan is in good health.

Ghana, Africa 
 
Ghana is located in West Africa.  This area has long been plagued with bad water and disease, such as the guinea worm infestation.  Thanks to the work of World Vision and it's sponsors, this area has had many new wells dug to provide safe water and disease is starting to decline. 

Guyuan County, China 
 

Guyuan County, China is located in the middle of the country.  Agriculture is the major economic activity.  World Vision has worked with the people to promote effective organization and growth of crops.  This last year they were able to harvest an abundant crop of apricots and pears.  Planting skills are improving as well as their motivation to produce economy through their crops.
